The private balcony was definitely a highlight. I loved the wonderful view of the port. I also found the bed to be comfortable after a long day. The location was great. I could walk to restaurants and a ferry.
I found some issues at this hotel. I noticed the sockets were loose in my room. The windows also looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. These issues affected my overall experience.

I found the staff very friendly. my room was clean. the location was very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. I did like the secured parking facility being right next to the hotel.
the mini-bar prices were a bit high.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options. I could create a customized fruity yogurt with fresh ingredients. It was all very well-prepared, healthy and it's a good way to start your day.

My room included a big bathroom plus comfortable bedding! i could adjust the air conditioning easily. it was located away from any street noise, so i slept undisturbed. It was great!

the so-called desk space in my room was a joke it was barely enough for my phone let alone a laptop and paperwork. the wardrobe could only hold a couple of shirts so my suitcase became my temporary dresser i mean who needs space anyway. the shower was more like a water park with leaks spreading across the floor it added a certain je ne sais quoi to my morning routine.
